People love to sing and dance to the tune of the music. Even if they do not understand the meaning of a song or the genre of the song, they like to enjoy the rhythm of the music. People love to dance on the rhythm of Bollywood music. Music is not only a form of entertainment, it also has other benefits. Amidst this pandemic, it will not be possible for you to take offline lessons. You can even learn Bollywood singing online or any other form of music which attracts you.

Let’s read through the benefits of music-:

· Activates the immune response- There are certain evidences which speak about the impact of music on immune response. A research was conducted on those who listened to music and those who sang music. It was found that people who sang music had higher levels of antibodies in comparison to those who listened to music. Listening to music will reduce your stress but not induce immune response.

· Improves pain threshold- When you sing in a group or choir it causes your body to sing endorphins. This causes positive feeling and even reduces your perception of pain. As per a study held in 2012, singing, drumming or dancing in a group will cause release of hormones which will increase your pain threshold.

· Better Lung Function- as singing involves the use of respiratory muscles and deep breathing; it can improve your lung and breathing conditions. Studies have shown that people with chronic diseases can get benefitted from this. It will not cure the existing condition but it will give strength to your respiratory muscles. Singing also increases the oxygen delivery to the tissues.
